Cancellation Policy
Please inform me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel the service. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so please reach out to me. The retainer fee (deposit) is non-refundable, and there will be a charge of 65% of the service price to the card on file. I do allow a 10-minute grace period. However, if you are more than 20 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled, and the card on file will be charged 65% of the booked service. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur the full cost of the service and will be prohibited from scheduling future appointments unless payment is made in full in advance.
